Alamitos Canyon is about 22 miles east of Santa Fe (about an hour’s 30-min paved road & 30-min drive off-road) and 85 miles northeast of Albuquerque.
The nearest airports are Santa Fe (SAF) and Albuquerque (ABQ).
The final approach is a rugged mountain road; a 4WD or high-clearance vehicle is recommended, and shuttle service from Santa Fe can be arranged. Directions are shared with confirmed guests to protect the privacy of the land.
